At UR Treasure Chest, we work to make sure your order is processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other circumstances outside our control.

2. Shipping Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other events outside our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives or scans the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

UR Treasure Chest is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipping.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first check the tracking information provided with your order.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier where appropriate.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us so we can assist with the available information.

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the affected product.

We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. International Orders

For orders shipped internationally, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

UR Treasure Chest does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products or destinations may have shipping restrictions. If an order cannot be shipped to the destination provided, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.

9. Changes to Shipping Information

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and available destinations may change from time to time.

Any applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery information will be presented during the ordering process where available.
